- Max. size of each document: 3 MB
- You can download your document in the following formats: *.doc; *.docx; *.jpg; *.jpeg; *.png; *.gif; *.bmp; *.pdf
- Please, provide us with your valid ID, with your Photo, your Nationality, your full Name and your Date of Birth, with the unique ID number and issue/expiry dates of the document. It is preffered that your ID shoud be valid at least for another year to come. The scanned copies should be in color, clear and readable, otherwise they could be rejected.
- Please, provide a recent proof of address. The address line in the document should contain the same address that you have indicated as a delivery address for the card shipment. The address should contain all necessary information including postal code. This address will be used for the card delivery. The proof must be not older than 3 months. It can be the scan of a recent utility bill or a bank statement (within last 3 months), with the address matching the address on the application (except mobile phone's bills).
