1. How do I send money from the UWCFS branch office?
You can send and receive money transfers with no limits on the amount in the UWCFS office:

Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday - 9.00 to 18.00
Wednesday, Thursday - 11.00 to 18.00
Sending a transfer:
Provide the operator with the following information:
- Your mobile phone number
- Address the transfer will be delivered to
- Name and surname of the recipient
- Recipient’s passport number
- Recipient’s mobile phone number
- Amount and currency of the transfer
The operator will clarify the address and the total amount including the commission. They will also provide you with the Transaction reference number and send the amount to the UWCFS account. Be sure to specify the Transaction reference number in the "payment information" field.
We'll send your money to the recipient as soon as we receive funds into your account. You and your recipient will receive a text message with the Transaction reference number.
2. How do I send money over the Internet?
Online money transfers won’t take much longer than it takes to read this section.
To send an online money transfer online you need to:
-Open an account in our system
-Undergo the process of Primary and Secondary verification*;
-Top up your account in any way
-Fill out the card request form in the Account Management System
-Inform the recipient about the Transaction reference number, amount, and the place to receive it
You can transfer money anytime, from home or office.
* Primary and Secondary verification requires the same types of documents. The difference is the way of sending them. More information can be found here.
3. How can I send money via phone or e-mail?
Call +44 (0) 208 899 6970 to contact our operator. Signing up with UWCFS is not required. The "Callback" is also available at any time convenient for you. You can also use e-mail, Skype, ICQ, or online chat to communicate with the operator. The service is available in 4 languages (English, French, Russian and Czech)
Sending transfer:
Provide the operator with the following information:
- Your first and last name and the first and the last name of the recipient
- Your passport number
- The recipient’s passport number
- Dates of birth (yours and the recipient’s, if possible)
- Your mobile phone number and mobile phone number of the recipient;
- City where the transfer will be given out
- Amount and currency to be transferred.
Send the amount, specified by the operator, to the UWCFS account. Be sure to specify the Transaction reference number in the "payment information" field.
We'll send your money to the recipient as soon as we receive funds into your account. You and your recipient will receive a text message with the Transaction reference number for receiving the money by the recipient.

4. How can I get a transfer in my name?
Contact the operator in any convenient manner and provide the following information:
- Transaction reference number
- Number of your passport
- Your date of birth
- Amount of transfer
- Currency of transfer
- Bank details to send money to your account.
The transfer to a bank account takes up to 72 hours.
Receiving a money transfer through a branch office:

Receiving a money transfer via the Internet:
Open a UWCFS account on this site.
Complete the process of Primary and Secondary verification*
In the "Receive transfer" tab of the "Money transfer" section enter the Transaction reference number you received from the sender
After the receipt of the transfer, funds will be credited to your account;
Later, you can choose the most appropriate way to withdraw funds.
We will ask you to provide us with the same types of documents for Primary and Secondary verification. There is a difference in the way these documents are delivered to UWCFS. You can find additional information here.
5. What should the recipient of my transfer know?
- Name and surname of the sender.
- Transaction reference number.
6. How do I send money directly to UWCFS’s office?
You can use the rate and direction calculator to find the most convenient partner office for sending and receiving money transfers. Here you can also find a branch code that you’ll need to send a money transfer.
When you send a transfer, you will be asked to confirm your identity. To do this, you must have a passport or other identity document (e.g., an ID Card). Also, tell the operator the branch code.
Crediting to the bank account

The sender is obliged to provide the branch office with the following information:
- sender’s address (street, house, apartment)
- type of the sender’s ID and its series and number
- recipient’s mobile phone number
Payment peculiarities:
In the "Additional information" the sender should indicate: the word IBAN, space, recipient IBAN (SC + 20 digits),
space, the word SC, space, a SC code word (SC + 6 digits in the format 00-00-00). For example: "IBAN
GB29NWBK60111331926819 SC SC 12-34-56 "
When paying by a bank cheque

Location: UK, LONDON, PAYMENT OF CHECK
The sender is obliged to provide the branch office with the following information:
- sender’s address (street, house, apartment)
- type of the sender’s ID and its series and number
- recipient’s mobile phone number
Payment peculiarities:
In the "Additional information" the sender should indicate: the word PHONE, space, recipient’s mobile phone number. For example:
"PHONE"
7. How do I find the transfer number?
You and your recipient will receive an SMS message with the number of the money transfer.
