You can make changes to your Master PIN in the Account Management system. After successful authorization by phone, your request to amend the Master PIN will be accepted and processed as soon as possible.
You will have one opportunity to change your Master-PIN at no charge. You will be charged a fee for every further attempt. If you do not have sufficient funds in your account, you will not be able to change the Master PIN.
