Topping up an account
1. How much does it cost to top up the account via bank transfer?
The current commissions and the list of accepted currencies for bank transfer are based on individual accounts. For more information on them, please log in to your Account Management System.
2. How can I deposit funds into my account? How can I top up the account?
You can fund your account in any of the following ways:
- Bank transfer
- Cash transfer to your name
- Transfer from the e-wallet
- Via Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB card
- Bank cheque
- Transfer from another account
3. How to top up an account via bank transfer?
All instructions and commissions for payments via bank transfer are specified in the help section of the Account Management System.
4. Can my account be topped up by a third person who has no access to it?
To top up your account by a third party, the UWCFS client must provide the company’s accounts details to the third party.
When sending funds to the account, the third party must specify the number of the account to which the funds will be credited (e.g. 9311.1.000.0000001.1 or 9311.1.1) in the payment information.
5. How to top up an account via money transfer?
The sender must specify the following information at the money transfer office:

The sender is obliged to carry an ID and specify name, surname, date of birth, and mobile phone number of the recipient.
The sender is obliged to provide the recipient with the transfer tracking number.
The recipient can log into his Account Management System and enter this number to automatically top up his account.

6. How much does the money transfer service cost?
UWCFS does not charge additional fees for obtaining a money transfer.
The sender pays a fee for transferring money at the money transfer office. The commission for sending the transfer is individual for each office. We recommend that you contact an office to clarify the commission.

7. How do I place money on my UWCFS account via Cheque?
UWC Financial Services Ltd accepts corporate and bank cheques for cashing.
Requirements:
The cheque should be at the name of the company plus the Client's name
E.g., UWC Financial Services, JOHN SMITH (9311.1) In this case leave the reverse side of the cheque empty.
The cheque may be at a Client's name:

JOHN SMITH (9311.1) Please, do not forget to sign the cheque on the reverse side. THIS IS COMPULSORY!

8. How much does it cost to top up my account with a bank cheque?
This procedure may take up to 7 working days until UWCFS receives the cheque.
Commissions:

Any additional bank fees incurred while processing the cheques (such as verification, cashing or cancelling the cheque) will be charged from Customer's account.
9. How do I top up my account via the e-wallet?
UWCFS accepts transfers from the following e-money systems:
- MoneyBookers - USD
- OKPay - USD, EUR, GBP
The deposit is made automatically. The top up request should be placed in the Account Management System.
To use this method of funding, the client must be authorized in these systems. Also, the balance of the e-wallet needs to be sufficient in order to make a transfer.
Webmoney deposits are available only for those who have an Initial Passport certificate and above. Funds from e-wallets with Formal and Alias certificates are not accepted.

11. How do I top up my account by a payment card?

We do not accept payment cards from the following countries: Afghanistan, Congo, Algeria, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Niger, Nigeria, Philippines, Pakistan, Palestinian Territory, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Yemen.
12. How to bind the payment card to your account and verify it?
To bind a card, go to the Account Management System and enter the card’s information and currency. After that, a small amount ($ 1-2) will be charged from customer's card. It will be visible in your bank card statement.
This small amount will be charged while the card is being confirmed. It will be shown in the card cash flow statement within 1-2 working days.
To verify the card, you must specify the exact amount of payment that will be automatically credited to the card.

13. How much does it cost to top up the account with a payment card?

14. Why has UWCFS frozen my ability to top up my account from an e-wallet?
Due to the recent tightening of the security regulations on financial markets, if you did not complete UWCFS' secondary verification, the amount loaded through any of the listed e-money systems will be frozen on the account up to 40 days. Funds will then be refunded to the original e-wallet minus a UWCFS commission fee.
15. How do I top up my account using UWCFS Quick card?
