UWCFS provides its clients with two types of cards: USD UWCFS Quick Card and UWCFS Virtual Quick Card.
You can have 3 plastic cards in different design in U.S. Dollars – the USD UWCFS Quick Card and any amount of UWCFS Vitual Quick Cards.
Submitting a request is easy:
To submit a UWCFS Quick Card payment card request, you will need to:
- open an account in our system
- successfully undergo our Primary verification 1+1 process.
- top up your account
- fill out the card request form
To order a card, you must provide copies of ID and confirmation of your address no older than 3 months.

After submitting the request you have 3 possibilities:
- The card will be issued immediately after processing your request and the successful verification of the applicant's identity.
-We can request additional documents from you, such as: other IDs or a document confirming your registration and residence address.
-The issuance of the card can be denied.

Shipping by regular post takes 3-4 weeks and express delivery (DHL) takes up to 5 days.
You can check the status of your card in the Account Management system. Select Quick Cards-Request History then click on the number of your request. You can see the status of your request in the Request Status line.
You will receive an email from us confirming that the card was issued and mailed to your address.
Processing of a request for a card may take 5 to 7 working days. In case of a large number of requests, the processing time of your request may increase.
The process of delivery by regular mail may take about 3-4 weeks. The DHL delivery up to 5 business days.
The UWCFS Quick Card is not available for citizens of the following countries:
Bosnia and Herzegovina
Serbia and Montenegro
Iran (the Islamic Republic of)
Israel
India
Macedonia (former republic of Yugoslavia)
Burma (now Myanmar)
Myanmar (formerly Burma)
Somalia
The USD UWCFS Quick card is a a prepaid MasterCard® with plastic body and UWCFS Virtual QuickCard is a card without plastic body.
