Each card holder can request a change of the standard limits. This can be done by sending a request in the Account Management system.
First, you need to refill your UWCFS account. After, you can transfer your funds to the card by yourself. Please note that funds do not automatically transfer to the card when the account is topped up.
For security purposes, you cannot change your forgotten PIN. It can only be restored. Reset of the PIN-code is $ 15. To start the reset procedure, contact us in any way.
The UWCFS Quick Card can be used online for withdrawing money from an ATM and for making purchases wherever MasterCard is accepted.
The card needs to be activated before you can top it up. Activation takes about 24 hours. If you have funds in your account, topping up a card takes about 1 hour during working hours.
All cards are UWCFS Quick Card payment cards. The difference is that the card is also bound to the account of the company the card was ordered in.

Quick Card free loading is a service which is offered according to promotion action “Quick Card Season”. However, it is impossible to receive the money equivalent of free loading. If the Card remains inactive for 180 days, free loadings couldn’t compensate for a dormancy fee or other compulsory fees on your Quick Card.
