There is a function of "Callback" that you can use at any time during the conversation. You can also use e-mail, Skype, ICQ, or Live Chat to communicate with the operator. Service is available in three languages (English, French, and Russian).
To send a money transfer by phone you need:
- To tell the operator the following information:
- – Your first and last name
- The first name and surname of the receiver
- – Your passport number
- – Date of birth (yours and the receiver’s)
- – Your phone number and the receiver's phone number
- – City of issuance of transfer and the destination
- – Amount of transfer.
- – Your first and last name
- The operator will specify the amount to you with the commission fee, the address for receiving, and tell you the preliminary number of money transfer.
- Send to a bank account UWCFS amount, adjusted by the operator. As the "Information for payment" be sure to specify a preliminary order number.

- We will send your money to the recipient as soon as we get money to our account. We will let you know the transfer number for receipt by the addressee.
Transfers to bank accounts take less than 72 hours.
Sending a transfer in the office:
You can send and receive money transfer in the office at: Office 14, 500 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5RG, UK, (КАРТА)
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday - from 9:00 to 18:00, Wednesday, Thursday - from 11.00 to 18.00.
Please note the list of documents that must be provided:
- For an outgoing transfer up to GBP 700 - ID (passport or driving license)
- For an outgoing transfer up to GBP 1500 – ID and proof of address not older than 3 months (through utility bills)
- For an outgoing transfer over GBP 1500 - ID, proof of address not older than 3 months, and a document indicating the origin of funds.
To receive a money transfer you will need to:
Contact an operator and provide the following information:
- – Number of the transfer
- – Your name and surname
- – Your passport number
- – Your date of birth
- – Amount of the transfer
- – Currency of the transfer
- – Bank account details to send money to your account. Transfers to a bank account take less than 72 hours.
You can come personally to the UWCFS’s office in London and receive a cheque for the amount of your transfer.
