Main terms of use of UWCFS Quick Card

The UWCFS Quick Cards are issued by the financial institutions licensed to issue cards by the European authorities.
Use of the Card shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. UWCFS Quick Card – Prepaid Card MasterCard®.
1.1 The UWCFS Quick Card / Prepaid Card can be used at any location that displays the “MasterCard / Maestro”® acceptance mark, including shops, restaurants, online, or on the telephone. It can be also used overseas.
1.2 Before using the Prepaid Card the cardholder needs to make sure there are enough funds loaded on it.
1.3 The cardholder will not be able and should not attempt to use the Prepaid Card after its expiry date. However we will issue a new Prepaid Card prior to expiry.
1.4 The Prepaid Card is not a credit card and can only be connected to the UWCFS account for the purposes of loading the Card. The cardholder will not earn any interest on any funds loaded on the Prepaid Card.
2. Operation of the Card
2.1 The card issuer will debit the Card Account with the amounts of all Card transactions that are made.
2.2 The cardholder shall remain liable for the payment of all amounts debited to the Card Account, irrespective of whether a sale voucher has been signed or not or whether cash has been withdrawn.
2.3 The cardholder cannot use the Card in excess of the available balance.
2.4 A payment made with a Card cannot be stopped.
2.5 UWCFS takes no responsibility if the Card is not accepted by a merchant.
3. Card Balance Statement
3.1 A statement of the Card balance will be available to the cardholder upon request through the Account Management System with UWCFS.
3.2 If the cardholder does not agree with any Card transaction, UWCFS must be informed within one month from the date on which the transaction was made.
4. Fees, Expenses and Charges
4.1 The Card issuer has the right to debit the Card with charges, commissions and fees such as the amount of any initial and annual subscription fees, etc.
5. Cardholder's Obligations
5.1 The cardholder must take all the reasonable steps to keep the Card and PIN safe.
5.2 In case of delay in delivery of the Card, the cardholder should notify UWCFS by email at support@uwcfs.com or by telephone +44 (0) 208 899 6970.
6. Refunds
6.1 The cardholder will receive a refund if an authorization did not specify the exact amount of the relevant Card transaction when the authorization was made.
